NIPLI

The National Intellectual Property Law Institute (NIPLI) is headed by Professor James P. Chandler, Chairman and President of The Chandler Law Firm PLLC.  Professor Chandler has been an intellectual property scholar for more than 20 years and has delivered hundreds of lectures and papers on the topic. 

Professor Chandler identifies emerging issues in all aspects of intellectual property law.  He holds informational seminars, courses, and symposia and regularly publishes his analyses of new issues and trends in the field of intellectual property.

Our Business

NIPLI is the place for those academics and law practioners with advanced thinking to exchange ideas, and to brainstorm with their knowledge with respect to the problems and challenges in the evolution of the Intellectual Property field.  Therefore,

NIPLI offers courses, seminars and conferences and Q&A based on what scholars need in academy, inventors and developers need in business, and individuals need in any and all aspects of decision-making in government and the practice of law and in the judiciary.
